SHIPPING POLICY

 

All orders are processed in 1 – 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.

 

ORDER STATUS

 

Notifications about shipped orders will include tracking information that can be used to track your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to populate.

 

Delays are expected during high volume shipping times, natural disasters, postal service issues, or any other circumstance that may be outside of our control. Notifications of all delays will be posted on the websites Home Page at emsgifts.net.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

 

We will deliver in the Philadelphia County within 20 miles for no additional charge.  Deliveries to counties outside of Philadelphia (Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks) will be charged a fee of $5-$10, depending on your location.

 

At this time deliveries are made during evening and weekend hours. You will receive notification of your delivery day and time to the contact information you provide.

 

DOMESTICE SHIPPING RATES

 

USPS shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

 

We are not shipping internationally at this time.
